| Abstract: | Streptomyces hygroscopicus ATCC29253 can product various antibiotics with strong bioactivities.To optimize the fermentation conditions of S.hygroscopicus,incubation temperature,pH of medium and different aeration were tested.Meanwhile,the components of fermentation culture medium and different carbon and nitrogen sources were also detected through orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimized medium were as follows,20.0 mL/L glycerol,30.0 g/L pharmamedia,1.0 g/L KH2PO4,1.5 g/L K2HPO4,5.0 g/L NaCl,20... |
