| 摘 要： | 试验比较了真空泵法与传统的手动抽吸法对猪卵母细胞成熟效果的影响,结果表明,真空泵法在平均使用时间、卵母细胞的收集效率及A、B级卵母细胞所占的比例方面均优于手动抽吸法,在卵母细胞的成熟率方面稍低于手动抽吸法。表明真空泵法是一种有效的猪卵母细胞采集方法。

| Abstract: | This experiment was aimed to set up a new swine oocytes collection method with vacuum pump to substitute for the old manual aspiration and raise the efficiency of the swine oocytes collection.The results showed that collection with vacuum pump was superior to manual aspiration at average usage time,the efficiency of the oocytes collection and the rate of A,B quality oocytes,but inferior at the maturation rate of culture.It indicated that collection of oocyte with vacuum pump was a new and efficiency method. |
