| Abstract: | The fermentation medium for highly toxic Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.israelensis Bti-L-10 strain was optimized through single factor tests and orthogonal experiment.The optimized formula of medium was 3.0% starch+0.50% nitrogen source B+0.75% nitrogen source C + 4.00% nitrogen source D+1.00% nitrogen source G.The fermentation took place in 200 L and 40 000 L fermentors;the potency of the fermentation broth was 379 and 327 ITU/mg,respectively.The technical powder was made through down-stream processing,and ... |
