摘    要:研究了氮、磷、钾肥施用量对燕麦蛋白质、β-葡聚糖、脂肪含量的影响.结果表明,燕麦子粒蛋白质含量随着氮素的增加而增加,但差异不显著;不同氮素处理间β-葡聚糖含量差异显著;磷素、钾素互作对脂肪含量影响差异显著.通过回归分析得出子粒β-葡聚糖含量与氮、磷、钾用量之间的回归方程,子粒产量与蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、β-葡聚糖含量间...
