摘    要:利用菇渣为原料的育苗基质,加入不同体积配比的珍珠岩、蛭石,进行了番茄、甜椒和黄瓜营养钵育苗试验,筛选出可以作为草炭混合育苗基质替代品的菇渣混合基质。结果表明:菇渣中全N、P、K含量显著高于草炭,在浇清水的情况下,T2(菇渣∶珍珠岩为3∶1)、T3(菇渣∶珍珠岩为2∶1)混合基质幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶面积、壮苗指数等指标显著高于CK(草炭∶珍珠岩为1∶1),而菇渣和珍珠岩复合基质中菇渣含量与番茄、甜椒、黄瓜壮苗指数有极显著的相关性,相关系数分别达到r=0.9993、r=0.9808、r=0.9641。因此,在营养钵育苗中推荐使用菇渣复合基质育苗。

Abstract:Seedlings of tomato sweet pepper and cucumber were planted in mushroom residue substrate mixed with perlite or vermiculite of different percentage.In application of nutritive cube pot,we select compound substrate of mushroom residue as a substitute for peat moss nursery.The results showed that N,P,K content was significantly higher in mushroom residue mixture than that in the peat moss mixture.Plant height,stem thickness,leaf area and healthy index of seedlings in T2(75%mushroom residue 25%perlite),T3(66%mushroom residue 33%perlite) were significantly higher than those in CK(50%peat moss 50%perlite) in clear water irrigation.Therefore compound substrate of mushroom residue was recommended to tomato,sweet pepper and cucumber nursery.
