摘    要:对嗜热侧孢霉(Thermophilic sporotrichum)液体发酵产纤维素酶的条件进行了初步研究,单因子实验结果表明,碳源为甘蔗渣+稻草粉时,CM Case与FPAase均最高,最适氮源是蛋白胨,最适pH为5.5,最适生长温度为45℃,培养第2天FPAase最高,培养第5天CMCase最高。正交试验结果表明,碳源(含量为1.5%)最佳配比是1∶4(稻草粉:甘蔗渣),蛋白胨的最佳含量为0.4%,KH2PO4最佳含量为0.3%,MgSO4.7H2O最佳含量为0.03%,最适pH为5.5,在最佳条件下培养时,测得CMCase为34.32IU,FPAase为9.44IU。

Abstract:The study focused on the optimum conditions for liquid fermentation of Thermophilic sporotrichum.It was reported that the optimum carbon source is bagasse+straw powder(total content is 1.5% with the proportion of 1∶4),the appropriate nitrogen source is peptone(with 0.4% total content),while the optimum medium pH is 5.5 and 45 ℃ as culturing temperature.The optimum content of KH2PO4,MgSO4·7H2O is 0.3% and 0.03%,respectively,pH equals 5.5.When cultured under these conditions,CMCase is 34.32IU and FPAase is 9.44IU.
