| Abstract: | Lysozyme is one of the best characterized hydrolases widely exist in organisms,which catalyzes the hydrolysis of specific kinds of polysaccharides comprising the cell walls of bacteria,and has the characteristic of no harm and high safty.The advance of the properties,action mechanism and the application in feed additive of lysozyme was discussed. |
