等位基因特异性扩增技术鉴定慈姑对磺酰脲类除草剂抗药性

摘    要:以抗感磺酰脲类除草剂慈姑为材料,采用ASPCR技术鉴定ALS功能区第324位氨基酸突变位点.结果表明,抗性慈姑生态型ALS第324位点发生了丙氨酸替代苏氨酸(感性生态型)的突变.同时发现,抗性慈姑生态型ALS第197位点也发生了非脯氨酸的替代突变.说明简便的ASPCR技术对ALS基因单碱基抗性突变鉴定是可行的.

Abstract:Detected ALS amino acid plymorphism at ALS 324 point of sulfonylurea herbicide-resistence type of Sagittaria sagittrifolia L.var.longiloba T.by ASPCR.The reason of sulfonylurea herbicide-resistence in Sagittaria sagittrifolia L.var.longiloba T.could be by substitution of Thr.324 to Ala.amino acid.Meanwhile,the Pro.amina acid at the ALS 197 point was replaced by other amino acid,which suggest that the ASPCR technique was an efficient and feasible for detecting single-nucleotide plymorphism at ALS gene of her...
