| 摘 要： | 甲状腺激素响应Spot14蛋白(THRSP)是一种分子量较小的酸性蛋白,该蛋白能够对甲状腺激素迅速响应。Spot14基因在脂肪生成调控中起重要作用,是参与控制脂肪生成酶活性的转录因子。文章对该基因的结构、表达及其功能等方面的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Thyroid hormone responsive Spot14(THRSP) is a small acidic protein that can respond to thyroid hormone rapidly.Spot14 gene has been postulated to play a role in lipogenesis,which implicated as a transcrip-tion factor involved in control of lipogenic enzymes.This review summarized some recent progresses in the study of Spot14 gene structure,expression and function. |
