摘    要:爪耳木为国家二级重点保护野生植物,海南特有灭绝级植物,是海南热带滨海植被中为数甚少的乔木树种之一,极能耐旱耐脊,是滨海地区较理想的造林树种;另外,爪耳木根可入药,具有一定的药用和经济价值。但目前关于爪耳木基因组学的研究并无报道,这导致爪耳木的研究和利用受到严重制约。利用流式细胞术对爪耳木进行染色体倍性测定和基因组大小评估,结果表明:爪耳木为二倍体植物,基因组大小约为921.11Mb。本研究结果为爪耳木的基因组学研究奠定基础。

Determination of Chromosome Ploidy and Genome Size of Lepisanthesunilocularis by Flow Cytometry
Abstract:Lepisanthes?unilocularis Leenhouts is a national key protected wild plant and a unique extinct plant in Hainan, it is one of the few tree species of Hainan tropical coastal vegetation, it is very drought tolerance ridge tolerance, also it is an ideal afforestation tree species in coastal areas, In addition, the root of Lepisanthes?unilocularis Leenhouts can be used as medicine and has certain medicinal and economic value. However, there are no reports on the study of Lepisanthes?unilocularis Leenhouts genomics at present, This results in the serious restriction of the research and utilization of Lepisanthes?unilocularis Leenhouts, Chromosome ploidy and genome size were determined by flow cytometry, the results showed that Lepisanthes?unilocularis Leenhouts was diploid with a genome size of 921.11Mb. The results of this study will lay a foundation for the study of the genomics of Lepisanthes?unilocularis Leenhouts.
