新时期的耕地后备资源潜力评价研究——以恭城瑶族自治县为例

第三次全国国土调查数据成果全面客观反映了土地利用状况,也反映出耕地面积普遍减少,土地利用效率不高、节约集约用地仍需加大力度,粮食安全和耕地保护形势依然严峻的现实问题。本文以恭城瑶族自治县为例,为摸清恭城县耕地后备资源潜力,按照建设占用耕地“以补定占”的原则,为新一轮国土空间规划确定建设用地规模和布局,统筹国土空间开发与耕地保护之间的关系提供科学依据。

Taking Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County as an example, in order to find out the potential of cultivated land reserve resources in Gongcheng County, according to the principle of "land occupied by construction", determine the scale and layout of construction land For a new round of land space planning, coordinate the relationship between land space development and cultivated land protection to provide scientific basis.
