摘    要:用试验的方法研究了 EGR温度对缸内压力、燃烧放热规律、燃烧温度以及 NOx 排放等参数的影响。结果表明 ,对 EGR进行冷却可以降低燃烧初期的压力升高率和峰值压力。低的 EGR温度可以延长燃烧滞燃期 ,增大预混合燃烧阶段燃烧的燃油比例 ,缩短燃烧持续期 ,降低最高燃烧温度 ,从而降低 NOx 的排放 ,同时可以降低碳烟的排放 ,提高燃油经济性。

Abstract:Exhaust gas recirculation is one of the most cost effective techniques currently available for reducing NO x emission in turbocharged diesel engines because it can make the oxygen concentration and combustion temperature decrease. When hot exhaust gas is mixed with inlet air, the internal gas temperature of diesel engine and the combustion temperature will increase, which makes against reducing NO x emission. The investigation was conducted on a turbocharged diesel engine to research the effect of exhaust gas recirculation temperature on cylinder pressure, heat release, combustion temperature and NO x emission. The results showed that the cooled EGR could enhance the per mixed combustion period and shorten the whole combustion period, which decreased NO x emission by means of reducing the peak combustion temperature.
