绿脓杆菌快速诊断原的制备与应用研究

摘    要:使用绿脓杆菌PA-SD-1株制备平板凝集诊断原,鉴定合格后,对山东不同地区的三个羊场进行绿脓杆菌的血清学调查,结果表明羊只绿脓杆菌平均感染率为67.2%,最高可达81.6%。对羊场周围土样和场内粪便进行绿脓杆菌的分离,并用NAC鉴别培养基进行该菌的鉴定和小鼠攻毒试验,结果表明绿脓杆菌广泛存在于羊场周围环境中。

Abstract:With the Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA-SD-1 strain preparing the plate agglutination agent of good quality,the serological investigation was made in three different farms in Shandong.And the results showed that the average infection rate was 67.2%,with the highest of 81.6%.The Pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from the environment around the farms,and were identified with NAC medium and through the infection test with mice.And the results showed that the bacterium was present broadly in the environment around the farms.
