| 摘 要： | 在分析退耕还林工程与社会主义新农村建设的关系中,详细阐明:退耕还林工程是社会主义新农村建设的初步实践;符合社会主义新农村建设的基本要求;是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分;为社会主义新农村建设打下了一定基础;二者都要求提高综合生产能力,确保粮食安全.社会主义新农村建设是巩固退耕还林成果的重要保障.退耕还林工程必须服从、服务于社会主义新农村建设的总体要求.

| Abstract: | The analysis of the relationship between the engineering of forest rehabilitation from slope agriculture and socialist new rural construction elaborates that the former is the preliminary practice of the later,satisfying the basic requirement and certain foundation as well as significant part of socialist new rural construction.Both are to improve integrated production capability and to ensure food security.But the socialist new rural construction is an important guarantee to fasten the engineering's achievement,which must be subordinated to and serve the overall requirement of the socialist new rural construction. |
