| 摘 要： | 运用特尔斐法及层次分析法，建立了陕北地区生态旅游资源综合评价模型和基层因子评估标准，并运用该模型，定性与定量相结合，对其不同地域系统的13个生态旅游景区（点）进行了评分，从而明确陕北生态旅游开发的等级系统，旨在指导其生态旅游开发与发展战略的制定。 |

| Abstract: | Applying the methods of stratification analysis and Delphi, the author constructed the comprehensive evaluation model and evaluation standard of basic factors. Every spot evaluated and given a mark according to the model and the exploitation value of ecotourism resources in northern Shaanxi was analyzed to offer reference on how to develop the resources scientifically. |
