胚乳性状的质量－数量遗传分析

根据胚乳性状的遗传特征和有关遗传学原理，分析了主基因为１个位点时胚乳质量－数量性状的世代遗传组成。结果表明只要能够区别分离世代中植株的主基因基因型，就能对某一受三倍体遗传控制的胚乳性状是否存在主基因和（或）微基因效应进行有效的检测，并估计出可能存在的主基因效应和微基因变异；而分离世代中植株的主基因基因型可以通过该植株上自交种子胚乳性状的平均数和方差进行区分。文中给出了进行此类性状遗传分析的实验程序。

GENEIC ANALYSIS FOR ENDOSPERM QUALITATIVE-QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERS

This paper analyses the genetic constitution of endosperm qualitative-quantitative characters(so called qualitative-quantitative characters under the triploid genetic control)for only one Iocus of major gene. Results indicate that the effect and variation of major gene can be distinguished from that of pelygenes and the valid statistical test can be established, only when the major gene genotypes of plants in the segregat-ing generations are idetifiable. And the major gene genotypes of plants may be distinguished via the plant av-erages and variances of endosperm traits. The experimental procedure of the genetic analysis for endosperm qualitative-quantitative characters is presented.
