| 摘 要： | 在分析汽车卡钳体零件结构特征的基础上,对其缸孔的车削加工进行了夹具、定制刀具及其工序顺序的设计,针对口部钩翅护翼的限制,对走刀顺序及机床定向的动作提出了要求,并编制了车削中心实施缸孔粗镗的程序示例。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis about the design feature of car caliper body,the paper discussed the clamps,custom tools and process sequence for the cylinder bore of car caliper body.At the mean time,it set some limits for the entry hook wings,came up with the demands for the cutting sequence and machine orientation movements and programmed machining procedure examples for turning center’s heavy boring. |
