野生大豆抗草甘膦基因漂移的初步研究

摘    要:田间种植从阿根廷引进的抗草甘膦大豆,并在其四周50m范围内种植野生大豆Y-8104,野生大豆收获后第二年继续种植,通过喷施高剂量草甘膦,发现一株抗草甘膦野生大豆,对该抗草甘膦大豆在田间种植,取其叶片提取DNA,再经过PCR检测,确认为阳性,初步判定该株野生大豆为基因漂移植株.

Abstract:This study used roundup ready soybean, introduced from Elegant, planted in the field of our institute. We planted the roundup soybean seeds in the middle field, and planted the wild soybean around the roundup ready soybean in different directions in nature environment in 50 meters. The second year we planted the wild soybean seeds in the field, and sprayed more roundups on the plants, and selected the plants which were not died, we checked the leaves in the lab by PCR. And we found one wild soybean plant got the round-up ready gene from the original roundup ready soybean.
