Problems and Prospect of Insurance of Tobacco Production in Panzhihua

Tobacco production was sensitive to the natural disasters.As a tool for stable production and sustainable development of tobacco production,the insurance should be developed.The current situation and characters of insurance of tobacco production in Panzhihua were introduced,and the existing problems were analyzed.The countermeasures of developing insurance of tobacco production were proposed including making use of the advantages of the tobacco industry,integrating the modern tobacco agriculture,setting up the policy insurance company and innovating the insurance types.
