摘    要:通过对广西四个县(区)蔬菜水果硝酸盐含量的调查分析,初步摸清了广西部分蔬菜水果的硝酸盐含量状况。指出施肥是影响蔬菜硝酸盐含量的主要外因,提出了降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量的对策措施。

Abstract:The analysis on the investigation into the status of Nitrate contained in parts of Guangxi vegetables and fruits showed that the application of chemical fertilizer was the main reason that affected Nitrate content in vegetables and fruits. Thus countermeasures that could decrease the amount of Nitrate content were put forwarded in this paper.
