| 摘 要： | 研究了鸡骨草总生物碱的超声提取工艺,通过正交试验得出了超声提取的最佳工艺条件.结果表明,超声提取的影响因素顺序为提取次数＞提取时间＞料液比;其最佳提取条件为12倍量的工业酒精提取4次,每次50 min.

| Abstract: | The technology of extraction total alkaloids from the Abrus cantoniensis Hance was studied and the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were obtained through the orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that influenceing factors of ultrasonic extraction arranged in order were as follows:extracting times > extracting time > solid-liquid ratio.The optimum extracting conditions:the sample powder was extracted 4 times with industrial ethanol,50 min each,solid-liquid ratio (w:v) 1:12. |
