丹参壳聚糖眼用凝胶的制备及质量控制

摘    要:[目的]制备丹参眼用凝胶,并建立其质量控制方法。[方法]采用脱乙酰度90%的壳聚糖为凝胶基质制备丹参壳聚糖眼用凝胶;采用紫外法(UV)测定制剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。[结果]丹参酮ⅡA在20-80μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,Y=0.0879X+0.0107(r=0.9994)。[结论]该法制备工艺简单,质量可控,有关项目符合眼用凝胶的质量要求。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aims to prepare Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge ophthalmic gel and establish the method of quality control.[Method] 90% chitosan with deacetylation as matrix is used to make Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge ophthalmic gel,using UV method determines the contents of tanshinoneⅡA.[Result] The concentration of tanshinoneⅡA presents a good linear relation within the range of 20-80 μg/ml,Y=0.087 9X + 0.010 7,r =0.999 4.[Conclusion] This method is simple,the quality is able to control and some items accord with the quality need of ophthalmic gel.
