添加甲酸对西瓜皮青贮饲料品质影响的研究

摘    要:为探讨添加甲酸对西瓜皮青贮饲料发酵品质、养分和青贮渗出液生化需氧量的影响。选用贵龙鲜和冠龙2个品种的西瓜皮作为青贮原料,分别添加0.3%和0.6%的甲酸后袋装青贮。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加甲酸可以显著降低西瓜皮青贮饲料的pH、NDF和ADF的含量(P<0.05),不同甲酸处理间西瓜皮青贮饲料的CP、青贮渗出液生成率及生化需氧量没有显著差异;贵龙鲜西瓜皮青贮饲料的CP含量显著低于冠龙(P<0.05),而NDF和ADF含量则显著增高(P<0.05)。

Abstract:The effects of formic acid on the fermentation quality, nutrient, biochemical oxygen demand of the watermelon skin silage were studied. The watermelon skin of Guilongxian and Guanlong with 0.3% and 0.6% of formic acid were bagged ensilaged. After sampled and analyzed, the results showed that in comparison with CK, formic acid significantly decreased the pH value, NDF and ADF content of watermelon skin silage(P<0.05), and there were no significant difference in the CP content, amount of the effluent , and BOD5 of effluent. The CP content of Guilongxian watermelon skin silage were significantly lower that of Guanlong(P<0.05), while the NDF and ADF content significant higher(P<0.05).
