绝经后乳腺癌患者生存质量的调查与分析

目的探讨绝经后乳腺癌患者生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用乳腺癌患者生存质量评价量表调查了102例绝经后乳腺癌患者，应用多元线性模型分析生存质量的影响因素。结果102例患者生存质量。曾分为（53．47±8．57）分。害怕肿瘤转移和经济困难对生存质量的影响比较突出，评分分别为（4．32±1．53）、（3．63±1．75）；手术效果、改良根治术与患者的生存质量总分呈正相关（P〈0．05），而疾病分期、借钱治病与生存质量评价呈负相关（P〈0．01或0．05）。结论手术效果、心理负担以及低收入是影响绝经后乳腺癌患者生存质量的重要因素。

Quality of life in post-menopause women with breast cancer

Objective To study the quality of life （QOL） arid its influencing factors in post-menopause patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 102 post-menopause women with breast cancer were investigated by questionnaire for evaluation of quality of life for breast cancer patient. The influential factors for QOL were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results Global scores of QOL were （53.47 ± 8.57） in all patients. Fear of tumor metastasis and financial straits were the main factors for QOL, and their scores were （4.32 ± 1. 53）, （3.63 ± 1.75）, respectively. QOL scores were positively correlated with surgical outcome and modified radical surgery （P〈0.05）, but negatively with tumor staging and debt of disease treatment （P〈0.01 or 0.05）.Conclusion Surgical effect, psychological burden and low income are the important factors for QOL in post-menopause patients with breast cancer.
