2006年的中央1号文件在继续关注“三农”问题的同时,提出要加快社会主义新农村建设,这表明党和国家把解决“三农”问题、加快新农村建设放在了非常突出的位置,关注与重视程度进一步提高。发展现代农业是建设新农村的主要内容,要发展现代农业离不开农业机械的助推,我国农机化事业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。要抓住机遇发展农机事业,必须要有一大批创新型农业机械化人才。

About the Cultivation of Agricultural Mechanization Innovators
