| 摘 要： | 以皖西白鹅为材料,用PCR-SSCP法分析了PRL基因外显子2的多态性。结果表明,PRL基因外显子2存在1个SNP位点。等位基因A频率为0.423 7,B频率为0.576 3。χ^2分析表明,基因型在群体内分布存在极显著差异（P〈0.01）。

| Abstract: | Polymorphism in Exon2 of PRL gene of Wanxi White geese have been analysized by PCR-SSCP.One SNP site has been detected.The result showed that allele frequency of A is 0.423 7 and B is 0.576 3.Chi-square test showed that three genotypes frequencies significantly differed(P<0.01) in the population. |
