新疆大樱桃生长规律及营养成分比较分析

对新疆不同地区栽培的大樱桃生长规律、果实单果质量、可食部分、可溶性固形物、横径、纵径、果柄等外部特征和含水量、可溶性糖、维生素C,总酸和花青素等内在品质进行了的测定与比较,结果表明:阿图什市上阿图什镇栽培的大樱桃果实发育期49~53 d,成熟期在5月底至6月初,明显早于新疆林科院内栽培的大樱桃(分别为54~62 d,6月初至6月底);前者在可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、花青素含量普遍高于后者.

Comparison of Growth Law and Nutrients of Cerasus pseudocerasus in Different Region of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

External features (growth law,fruit weight and edible part,soluble solids,transverse diameter,vertical diameter,fruit stalk) and interal quality (water content,soluble sugar,vitamin C,the determination of total acid and anthocyanins) in different regions of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were determined.Result shows that the fruit development period of Cerasus pseudocerasus cultivated in Atushi Town of Atushi City is from 49 to 53 days,and their mature period is from the end of May to the beginning of June,which is significantly earlier than that of Xinjiang Academy of Forestry (54-62 d,the beginning of the June to the end of June);the soluble solids,soluble sugar,anthocyanin content of the former is generally higher than that in the latter.
