| 摘 要： | 研究了不同激素及浓度处理和不同基质对天目琼花嫩枝扦插生根的影响,结果表明:用IBA(200 mg·L~(-1))+NAA(200mg·L~(-1))激素处理4h综合质量达到最佳;以蛭石为基质的插穗生根综合质量最高,生根率达80.0%,平均生根数为16.8条。

| Abstract: | The effects of different hormones,different concentration treatments and different matrices on rooting of softwood cuttings of Viburnum sargenti were studied.Result shows that comprehensive quality of sample treated with IBA(200 mg·L-1)mg·L-1+NAA(200 mg·L-1)for 4 h is optimal;the rooting rate of the cutting which take vermiculite as matrices is the highest,the rooting rate is 80.0% and the average rooting number is 16.8. |
