| 摘 要： | 文章基于多年试验和调查结果,研究了板栗砧木粗度对嫁接成活率、生长量、冠幅以及产量的影响。试验结果表明,砧木在2.5~4.2cm粗度时嫁接成活率和伤口愈合率最高,砧木腐烂率最低。该技术对指导板栗嫁接,选择合适的砧木粗度,提高嫁接成活率和稳定板栗单株产量有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the results of many years of experiments and investigation, the effects of diameter of Castanea mollissima rootstock on grafting survival rate, growth amount, crown width & yield were studied.Result shows that the grafting rate and the wound healing rate are the highest when the rootstock is from 2.5 cm to 4.2 cm, and the root rot rate is the lowest.This technique is of great significance to guide the grafting of Castanea mollissima, select the appropriate diameter of rootstock, improve the grafting survival rate and stabilize the yield of Castanea mollissima. |
