摘    要:通过设置不同的恒温和变温条件,研究了紫椴种子萌发温度和天数对可溶性糖和淀粉含量的影响,结果表明:紫椴种子发芽率在10℃恒温条件下可达80.5%,在10~15℃变温条件发芽率达到83.4%。在10~15℃变温条件下不同催芽天数可溶糖含量20.5~14.3mg·g~(-1),高于25℃恒温条件,可溶糖含量随着催芽天数增加而减少。淀粉含量也是随着催芽天数的增加出现下降的趋势,由催芽初期的6.8mg·g-1下降至第16天的3.4 mg·g~(-1)。

Abstract:Effects of germination temperature and days on soluble sugar and starch of Tilia amurensis seeds were studied by setting different constant temperature and temperature-shifting conditions.Result shows that the germination rate of Tilia amurensis is 80.5% at the constant temperature being 10 ℃,and the germination rate is 83.4% at shifting-temperature being from 10 ℃ to 15 ℃.The soluble sugar content is from 20.5 mg g-1to 14.3 mg g-1,and the content of soluble sugar decrease with the increase of germination days.The starch content also decrease with the increase of the number of days,and decrease from 6.8 mg g-1 to 3.4 mg g-1 at the 16th day.
