气相色谱法测定葡萄子的脂肪酸含量

摘    要:以葡萄子为原料,用SZY—07型脂肪分析测定仪提取葡萄子油。将葡萄子油进行甲酯化处理后,通过采用气相色谱仪测定脂肪酸甲酯来间接测定脂肪酸的含量。采用保留时间定性法和校正归一定量法来分析各种脂肪酸。回收率和精密度试验表明,该方法重现性较好,准确度较高。

Abstract:The grape seed oil is extracted from the grape seed and determined by type SZY-07 fat analyser. After the extracted oil is methyl esterized, its fatty acids could be measured by means of gas chromatograph,and the retention time qualitative method and the correcting normalizing quantitative method are respectively adopted. Recovery and precision test is suggested that the repeatability and the accuracy of this method are both well.
