兰州市外来投资分析及其对城市发展的影响

通过对 1 997- 2 0 0 2年兰州市外来投资项目的产业类型、投资区位和资金来源地区的分析与对比 ,得出兰州市外来投资主要集中在市区的第二、三产业 ,国外及特殊地区 (包括港澳台 )资金总额始终低于国内资金 ,而国内外来资金中省外资金少于本省资金。在国外及国内特殊地区外来资金中 ,每年港澳台的资金总额远高于各大洲。从吸引资金总额看 ,美洲和亚洲均呈上升趋势 ,欧洲的投资额始终最少 ,而港澳台的投资额则大起大落。由于外来资金占兰州城市总投资的比例小 ,因此 ,外来投资不是兰州城市发展的主要推动力 ,但是其仍然对兰州城市发展造成了一定的影响

The Pattern of the Outside Investments, the Analysis of the Invested Areas and Their Influences on the Urban Development of Lanzhou

Lanzhou is one of the typical cities located in a valley basin in northwest China, under it there are 5 districts and 3 counties, and the total area of the 5 districts is 1 631.6 km 2 and occupies 12.47% of the total urban area (13 085.6 km 2). Lanzhou is a synthetic industrial city dominated by petroleum industry, it was arisen under the planned economy system and has currently an irreplaceable position and role in the economic development of northwest China and Gansu Province. After analyzing and comparing the invested industries of the outside investments, invested areas and sources of funds in Lanzhou during the period from 1997 to 2002, it is revealed that the outside investments in Lanzhou are mainly on the secondary industry and tertiary industry, the quantity of investments from foreign countries and the special regions (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) is less than that of domestic investments, and most of the domestic funds are raised in Gansu Province. In the investments, the funds from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are much more than that from foreign countries every year. The investments from America and Asia are in an increase trend, that from Europe are the least, and that from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are sometimes more but sometimes less. Because the proportion of outside investments in Lanzhou is low, the outside investments are not the main impetus for the urban development. However, the outside investments play a certain role in the development of Lanzhou.
