摘    要:采用离心稀释法和叶面弹射法分离苜蓿假盘菌,结果表明离心稀释法能够得到纯化的菌落,而叶面弹射法能弹射出单个或成对的孢子,但无法获得菌落。南疆菌株在4种培养基上的培养性状与北疆菌株存在显著差异,尤其体现在子囊盘大小指标上,南疆菌株为147.22~199.34μm,而北疆菌株为96.29~14.74μm,在形成菌落所需的时间、菌落颜色等方面也存在一定差异。研究表明V-8苜蓿汁培养基最有利于菌落生长和孢子成熟。

Abstract:Compared with two method of centrifugal dilution and spores ejection for isolating Pseudopeziza medicagini(Lib)Sacc, the centrifugal dilution could form purified colonies, but, the spores ejection couldn't form purified colonies although it ejected spores. The culture characters of Nanjiang and Beijiang Strains on four dif- ferent culture media were significant difference,especially on the size of apothecium. The size of apothecium of Nanjiang Strains,and Beijiang Strains were 147.22-199.34 μm and 96.29-14.74 μm,respectively. Other as- pects,on the time and color of forming colony were also different. The results showed that V-8 alfalfa juices cul- ture medium was the best medium for the colonies growth and the spores maturity.
