高压共轨柴油机喷油电磁阀底层驱动软件设计

摘    要:高压共轨柴油机燃油喷射系统底层驱动的核心是对喷油器电磁阀的精准控制。在分析了喷油器电磁阀的驱动需求以及硬件需求的基础上,结合高压共轨柴油机的经济性和动力性要求,设计了精确可靠的预喷射+主喷射并且带有硬件电路对负载电流反馈控制的底层驱动方案。经过实验验证,应用此方案产生的喷油器电磁阀驱动电流波动范围为±5%,电流波形稳定可靠,高速通断响应特性好,而且大大减小了软件设计的难度以及CPU的负荷,达到了设计的目的。

Abstract:The core of the underlying driver for fuel injection system of pressure common rail diesel engine is precise control of the injector solenoid valve.Based on analysis of the driver requirements and hardware requirements of the injector solenoid valve and combined with the economical and dynamic requirements of high-pressure common rail diesel engines,the underlying driving scheme of an accurate and reliable pre-injection and main injection with hardware circuit control of load current feedback is designed.The experimental verification shows that the injector solenoid valve driving current waveform generated by this scheme is stable and reliable on account of the driving current fluctuation range of±5%.The high-speed on or off response characteristics are flexible and greatly reduce the difficulty of software design and the load of the CPU.This scheme achieves the design goal through experimental verification.
