| 摘 要： | 在分析西藏鱼类资源地方立法保护现状的基础上，提出西藏鱼类资源面临三大威胁，即外来鱼种，水电站建设，过度捕捞，并由此提出在西藏渔业立法中应体现的思想和原则，以供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the conservation status of Tibetan fish resources and proposed three major threats that Tibetan fish are facing,namely,alien fish,the construction of hydropower station and overfishing.Therefore, the ideas and principles which should be embodied in Tibetan legislation were put forward, providing a reference. |
