| 摘 要： | 教学团队是课程建设和专业建设的重要力量,也是推进本科教学质量与教学改革工程建设的重要组成部分。在分析研究型《动物生理学》教学团队建设现状的基础上,对队伍建设、课程建设、教学改革与教学研究等方面进行探讨,并根据课程自身的特点,提出了建设研究型《动物生理学》教学团队的理念。
