| 摘 要： | 棉籽壳培养料添加不同剂量的生石灰后,生料的PH值在最初五小时内下降甚快,以后逐渐下降,至出菇时呈现酸性。培养料灭菌后,PH值大幅度下降。添加2％的生石灰能促进平菇菌丝生长和提高菇的产量。

| Abstract: | When different dose of quick lime is added to the cottonseed coat culture media, the PH value of the raw media dropped rapidly at the first five hours, and after that it dropped gradually, and up to the budding of mushrooms it was acidity. After the media were sterilized, the PH value dropped by a big margin. 2% quick lime in the media could promote the growth of pleurotus mycelia and increase the yields of the mushrooms. |
