摘    要:用比色法测量4℃和-70℃下离体的罗氏沼虾和日本沼虾肝胰腺中的碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶酶活性在一周内的变化。试验结果表明,4℃条件下保存的日本沼虾与罗氏沼虾的离体组织中碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶酶活性有效测定下时间为3 d,-70℃下有效测定时间为2 d,对后续酶活性试验没有大的影响。

Abstract:Acid phosphatase(ACP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)as two important regulatory enzymes involved in metabolism and protection in a body are generally stored and transported at 4 ℃ and-70 ℃ in in vitro or tissues of aquatic organisms.Colorimetric method was used to determined activities of the two enzymes in hepatopancreas in prawn Macrobrachium nipponense and M.rosenbergii at 4 ℃ and-70 ℃ for a week.It was found that the activities of the two enzymes were effectively detected in 3 days at 4 ℃ and in 2 days at-70 ℃ without significant effect thereafter.
