摘    要:用液相色谱-串联质谱的方法建立鸡组织中地克珠利残留的检测方法,并考察地克珠利在鸡组织 中的消除规律。用乙腈和乙酸乙酯的混合溶液提取,60℃氮气吹干,乙腈溶解,过0.22 μm微孔滤膜后, 采用液相色谱-串联质谱分析。地克珠利在鸡肝中8~4000 μg/kg 范围内具有较好的线性关系(r2>0.99), 而在鸡肌肉中8~1200 μg/kg 范围内具有较好的线性关系(r2>0.99),检测限和定量限分别为0.5 μg/kg 和 0.8 μg/kg。鸡肝脏和肌肉中地克珠利的液相色谱串联质谱测定方法简单、灵敏度高,适用于鸡组织中地 克珠利残留量的检测。

Abstract:Objective:we present a method based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry for determining residues of diclazuril in chicken tissues and investigate the depletion of diclazuril in chicken tissues.Method:The analyte was extracted by mixed solution of acetonitrile and ethyl-acetate;the extracts were dried by nitrogen gas,redissolved in acetonitrile,filtered through 0.22 μ m micropore film and directly injected into the LC-MS/MS system.Result:The calibration curves were linear (r 2 0.99) in the range of 8~ 4000 μg/kg in chicken liver and 8~1200 μg/kg in chicken muscle.Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 0.5 μg/kg and 0.8 μg/kg.Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate enough to determine residues of diclazuril in chicken tissues.
