内燃机功率不足的原因分析

在内燃机使用过程中，人们最为关心动力性指标——有效功率。有效功率的大小受使用保养及磨损等因素的影响很大，在实际使用中常常会遇到功率不足，甚至无法正常负荷运行的问题。准确分析其原因，然后对症下药，对排除故障至关重要。反之，诊断不准确，不仅费时费工，解决不了问题，还会因盲目拆卸，造成损失，并且减少寿命。文章主要以提高内燃机有效功率为研究目标，分析功率下降的原因，帮助研究具体应对措施，不断改善内燃机的动力性、经济性和排放性能。

On the cause analysis of underpower of internal combustion engines

In the process of the using of the internal combustion engine,people take the most care of dynamic index-the effective power. The use, maintain and abrasion of the egine have a great effect on the power. In the actual process, people always find the problem of underpower even not operating under normal load.It is important to analyze the reason and mend it. Otherwise the inaccurate diagnoses would be not only lost time, couldn＇t solve the problem, but cause a loss for blind dismantling and reduce the useful life.
