| 摘 要： | 对酗酒者来说,酒精的正性强化效应与特殊环境的刺激关系可被认为是复吸的主要因素。本文主要检验神经肽S(NPS)对大鼠酒精渴求的影响,在自身给药实验中,脑内室注射NPS并没有调节大鼠对酒精的渴求,但在大鼠由条件引起的酒精恢复渴求实验中,脑内室注射NPS却可以显著影响对酒精的渴求。

| Abstract: | The connection of reinforcing effect of ethanol with specific environment stimuli is deemed to be a important factor for relapsing in alcoholism. This study test in rats the effect of neuropeptide S（NPS）. In the self-administration ex- periments, the rats observed for ethanol-seeking were not modify by NPS treatment .But interestingly, in the reinstatement experiment, there is a significant increase of ethanol-seeking by NPS treatment. |
