| 摘 要： | 夏季选取40周龄体重一致的60只安卡红种公鸡随机分为4组,研究Vc和中草药添加剂对夏季种公鸡精液品质的影响.结果表明:日粮中添加Vc和中草药能显著提高种公鸡的采精量和精子密度,降低精子畸形率,其中以在基础日粮中同时添加Vc和中草药组效果最为明显.说明在热应激条件下,在日粮中添加适量的Vc和中草药可显著改善种公鸡的精液品质,进而提高每只种公鸡可利用的有效精子数.

| Abstract: | 60 forty-week-old An Ka Red cocks with consistent weight were randomly divided intoⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ groups in summer with each group 15 cocks.groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were used as treatment groups,fed with basic diets supplemented with 250 mg·kg-1 Vc,1.5 % Chinese herb,250 mg·kg-1 Vc+1.5 % Chinese herb respectively;group Ⅳ was used as control group,fed only with basic diets to study the effects of Vc and the Chinese herb additives on sperm quality in summer breeder cocks.The results showed that the diets added with Vc and the Chinese herb additives had remarkably improved the sperm volume,concentration and decreased the sperm abnormality rate.It was reasonable that adding the right amount of Vc and the Chinese herb in the basic diets could obviously improve the sperm quality in the heat stress condition,then enhance breeder cock's effective sperm number. |
