紫背菜中矿质元素分布及其与土壤元素含量的相关性研究

摘    要:[目的]研究紫背菜(Gynura bicolor DC.)中元素分布及其与土壤的相关性,为紫背菜的种植开发及药用研究提供基础信息。[方法]采用梅花形布点法采样,以原子吸收光谱法测定了紫背菜叶、茎、根以及其生长的土壤中的Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Pb、Cd元素含量。[结果]8种金属元素的线性回归方程和相关系数分别为:Ca,A=0.04916C+0.04244(r=0.9989);Mg,A=1.163C+0.1790(r=0.9990);Cu,A=0.2426C+0.000485(r=1.0000);Mn,A=0.3151C+0.0004726(r=0.9999);Zn,A=0.2512C+0.02394(r=0.9994);Fe,A=0.09529C+0.001277(r=0.9985);Pb,A=0.009095C+0.2570(r=0.9994);Cd,A=0.09908C+0.01033(r=0.9993)。紫背菜矿质元素含量丰富,Fe、Mg、Ca含量高,有害元素Pb、Cd含量低;各元素在组织中具有一定分布特征,并与土壤元素含量存在一定相关性,叶片对所测元素富集系数最大。测定结果相对偏差紫背菜〈5.3%,土壤〈6.1%,加标回收率为91.2%~106.6%。[结论]紫背菜具有良好的种植、食用与药用开发价值。
