镉胁迫对烤烟叶片抗氧化系统的影响

摘    要:通过水培试验,研究了不同浓度镉胁迫(0mg/L,5mg/L,25mg/L,50mg/L)对烤烟叶片抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:25mg/L镉胁迫下,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性最大;5mg/L时,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性最大;随着镉浓度增大,烤烟叶片抗氧化酶活性逐渐降低;丙二醛(MDA)含量随镉浓度增大而逐渐增加。

Abstract:The effects of cadmium stress on active oxygen-scavenging system in flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied by hydroponics.The results showed that the activities of peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)reach maxima when the concentration of the cadmium was at 25mg/L;The activities of catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)and glutathione reductase(GR)reach maxima when the concentration of the cadmium was at 5mg/L;Antioxidant enzymes activity considerably increased at first,then declined;but malondialdehyde(MDA)gradually enhanced with the concentrations of the cadmium increasing.
