乌苏里蝮蛇无冬眠和冬眠饲养的生长发育规律

摘    要:为了解乌苏里蝮蛇在无冬眠和冬眠饲养条件下的生长发育状况,将乌苏里蝮蛇采用随机抽样法进行分组,冬眠组环境温度3~7℃,相对湿度30%~50%,无冬眠组人工控制环境温度21.5~24.5℃,相对湿度45%~70%,并提供正常的食物和水源,同时测量每组体重、体长和肥满度的变化量并进行统计学分析。结果表明:雄性乌苏里蝮蛇无冬眠组和冬眠组体重、体长、肥满度比较差异极显著(P<0.01);雌性乌苏里蝮蛇无冬眠组和冬眠组体重、体长、肥满度比较差异极显著(P<0.01);雄性乌苏里蝮蛇无冬眠组和雌性乌苏里蝮蛇无冬眠组体重、体长比较差异显著(P<0.05)。

Abstract:To know the growth and development of Gloydius ussurensis Emelian bred with and without hibernant condition,the animals were randomly divided into groups.The hibernant group animals bred in the environment of temperature 3~ 7 ℃,relative humidity 30%~50%,the non hibernant group in the environment of temperature 21.5~23.5 ℃,relative humidity 45%~70%.Every group animals were supplied with the normal diet and water,and the weight,length and the fat variation of animals were measured for the statistical analysis.The male Gloydius ussurensis Emelian without hibernant group were extremely different from those with hibernant group in weight,length and the variation of fat(P<0.01).The female Gloydius ussurensis Emelian without hibernant group were extremely different from those with hibernant group in weight,length and the variation of fat(P<0.01).The male Gloydius ussurensis Emelian without hibernant group were different from the female with hibernant group in weight,length and the variation of fat(P<0.05).
