| 摘 要： | 经过130多年的发展,保护区的基本含义已从一个孤立的保护实体向实施可持续发展战略与建立和谐社会的基本单元演变;保护区的目的除以保护生物多样性为核心外,还包括自然资源的持续利用、生态效益的保持以及与社会发展进程的密切结合.保护区的建设已从数量发展阶段进入质量发展阶段,本文进行了就该进程的理论基础和实际要求.

| Abstract: | The basic implication of protected area has developed into basic unit of implementing sustainable developmental strategy and establishing harmonious society from isolated protected entity through the course of more than 130 years.In the meantime,along with the people's deeping cognition on protected area,the purpose of establishing protected area is not only to protect biodiversity,but also to sustainable make use of natural resources and keep ecological role.Protected area should keep a close combination with society development.Until now,the establishment of protected area has entered into the qualitative developmental stage from quantitative developmental stage.The paper mainly deals with the theoretical foundation and practical.requirement of this process for reference of related departments. |
