摘    要:研究了鸡蛋中氯霉素残留的气相色谱测定方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,用SylonBFT衍生化,进电子捕获检测仪(ECD)测定,外标法定量。结果表明,方法的线性范围在1.0~300ng/mL之间,平均回收率达93.4%,平均相对标准偏差5.5%,检测限为0.1μg/kg。

Abstract:A method of the Chloramphenicol residue in egg was investigated by Gas chromatography. The extractive with ethyl acetate was derived by Sylon BFT and determined by Gas chromatography. It was proved that the average recovery was 93.4 %. The relative standard deviations were 5.5 %. The detection limit was 0.1μg/kg.
