江苏省可持续发展能力评价研究

在分析了可持续发展能力的内涵和构成的基础上，构建了江苏省可持续发展能力综合评价指标体系，包含基础支撑体系、稳定发展体系和管理调节体系3大方面共36项指标。利用相应的数据对江苏省1990、1995、2000和2001年的可持续发展能力进行了分项评价、综合评价和协调评价。结果表明，自20世纪90年代以来，江苏省可持续发展的各项能力都有不同程度的提高。评价的结果也指出，江苏省可持续发展的能力建设还需要加强资源保护和环境治理，缩小地区和城乡差异，充分发挥科教优势等。

Study on evaluation of sustainable development capacity in Jiangsu Province

Based on the analysis on the connotation and structure of sustainable development capacity,an evaluation indicator system for sustainable development capacity in Jiangsu is established.The system includes 36 indicators under 3 sub-items,such as basic support,stability & development,and management & regulation.Data of 1990,1995,2000 and 2001 are used to make sub-item evaluation,integrated evaluation and concerted evaluation on the sustainable development capacity in Jiangsu.The results show that the capacities on all items in Jiangsu have been increased since 1990.But the resource protection and environmental renovation,reducing regional difference and income gap between urban and rural residents,exploring advantages in science and education should be emphasized.
