| 摘 要： | 目前,装载机广泛采用液力机械式传动,柴油机与液力变矩器的组合可看作一种新的动力源,具有与柴油机不同的性能特性。通过图形用户界面(GUI),自行开发一款专门用于装载机性能仿真的软件,该软件弥补了国内同类型软件无法进行工作循环计算的不足,并以ZL50型装载机的一个工作循环为例进行了动力性和经济性的仿真分析。仿真结果表明,此软件能够方便地进行装载机动力性及经济性能的仿真分析。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,hydraulic mechanical transmission is widely used in shovel loader.A combination of diesel and hydraulic torque converter can be viewed as a new power source,whose performance characteristics are different from diesel engine.In this paper,the author develops a software dedicated to shovel loader performance simulation by the graphical user interface(GUI).The software makes up for the deficiency of the same kind of software,which can't do working cycle calculation.Using a working cycle of ZL50 shovel... |
