生物保护剂对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:文章采用室内生理检测及生物化学的方法,研究了不同浓度的3种生物保护剂浸种对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,用一定浓度3种生物保护剂浸种,能显著提高玉米的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数;增强幼苗根系活力;提高幼苗超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted to study the effect of bioprotectant on germination of maize seeds and their physiological properties. The results showed that three kinds of bioprotectant in appropriate concentra-tion could improve germinating energy, germinating percentage, germination index and vigor index of maize seeds. The root activity and the activities of SOD and POD were higher than those of control.
